Daily Profit — Full Trend (Aug 17 – Sep 13, 2026)
Every one of the 28 days with real per-item costing, in one view — green bars are profitable days, red bars lost money. This is the same real-ledger methodology as the rest of this page (Whatnot Commission/Processing Fee/Net Earnings, brand-matched cost), just rolled up to a single day-by-day trend instead of split across weekly tables. Hover a bar for the day's full breakdown.

Weekly History — Whatnot (Aug 17 – Sep 13, 2026)
Same real-ledger methodology as the rest of this page (Whatnot's own Commission/Processing Fee/Net Earnings, Brand joined by Order ID against the packing log), extended back week by week. This starts Aug 17, 2026 because that's as far back as it goes — every week from May 4 through Aug 16, 2026 was checked and came back with zero real brand matches (the packing log wasn't yet logging Brand/Order # in a way that joins to Whatnot's ledger), so those weeks would show "Unidentified" on every paid item and Est. Profit would be meaningless, not just incomplete. Rather than guess, this table starts where real per-item costing actually becomes possible.
| Week | Orders | Gross Item Price | Net Earnings | Costed | Est. COGS | Est. Profit |
|---|
Daily Profit — Whatnot (Sep 7–13, 2026)
The most current full week, rolled up by day, using Whatnot's own reporting week (Sun–Sat). Net Earnings is Whatnot's own exact per-order figure from its Weekly Order Report ledger — Commission and Processing Fee are no longer estimated from a formula, they're read straight off Whatnot's records (this replaced the earlier 3.75%/2.9%+$0.30 estimate on 2026-09-15). A handful of orders (28) have a Whatnot timestamp that falls just outside this calendar week — they're counted in the week total but not in the day-by-day rows below.
| Date | Orders | Gross Item Price | Net Earnings | Est. COGS | Est. Profit |
|---|
Profit by Brand — Top 20 (Sep 7–13, 2026)
Real brand, straight from the packing log — not a category guess. Cost/profit show only where that exact brand has a real invoice on file; a blank there means the bucket mixes costed and uncosted items and a blended number would mislead more than it helps.
| Brand | Orders | Gross Item Price | Net Earnings | Est. COGS | Est. Profit |
|---|
Kering Family — Daily Sales (Sep 7–13, 2026)
Gucci, Chloé, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Mont Blanc and Valentino, grouped as you asked — matched by the real Brand field on each order (only Gucci and Saint Laurent/YSL actually sold this week; the other four had no orders Sep 7–13). Commission, Processing Fee and Net Earnings are Whatnot's own real per-order figures. Est. COGS/Profit only count rows with a real per-brand invoice cost on file, same rule as the rest of this page.
| Date | Orders | Gross Item Price | Net Earnings | Est. COGS | Est. Profit |
|---|
NYWD Vendor Brands — Daily Sales (Sep 7–13, 2026)
The 24 brands your NYWD wholesale invoices have supplied (Carrera, Longchamp, Marc Jacobs, Tom Ford, Kate Spade, Fossil, Max Mara, and others) — grouped by brand name, since sold units aren't tracked back to a specific invoice/shipment. Read this as "revenue from brands NYWD supplies," not a guarantee every unit sold came from an NYWD box specifically (a brand like MCM or Guess could in principle come in from elsewhere too). Est. COGS/Profit only count rows with a real per-brand invoice cost on file.
| Date | Orders | Gross Item Price | Net Earnings | Est. COGS | Est. Profit |
|---|
Brand Profit — Top Performers (4-Week, Aug 17–Sep 13, 2026)
Highest estimated profit by brand across the full 4-week window, using real per-brand invoice costs (includes the Kenneth Cole $11.21 flat rate and the Giselle/VG generic-sunglasses $1.03 rate). This is gross profit contribution, not a margin ranking — a high-volume brand can rank here even at modest per-unit margin.
| Brand | Units Sold | Gross Revenue | Est. Profit |
|---|
Brand Margin — Thinnest Margins on High-Volume Brands (4-Week)
These brands are all profitable, but only barely per unit — margin is Est. Profit ÷ Net Earnings. Limited to brands with 10+ units sold so a single sale can't skew the number. Carrera and Marc Jacobs are your two biggest-volume brands (631 and 459 units) sitting at 16.8% and 9.0% margin — worth watching closely, since a small cost increase on either would eat the profit fast.
| Brand | Units Sold | Net Earnings | Est. Profit | Margin |
|---|
Brand Profit — Real Losses (4-Week, Aug 17–Sep 13, 2026)
The worst estimated profit per brand this 4-week window. Red bars are actual losses (BMW, Saint Laurent, Timberland) — real designer stock, not marketing giveaways. BMW is the one with a repeating pattern (see the daily breakdown below); Saint Laurent and Timberland are each 1–3 units, too little volume yet to call a trend. The rest here are technically profitable but thin; worth watching before restocking heavy.

TikTok Shop — Documented Days (Sep 3–11, 2026, Partial Data)
Built from the TikTok Sales_Documentation sheet for the days that have been logged so far — this is NOT a full accounting of TikTok Shop yet, only what's been documented day-by-day. Matched COGS only counts items whose brand/listing had a real cost on file; the rest of gross is uncosted. Treat this as directional until every TikTok day is logged.
| Date | Orders | Items | Gross | Matched COGS | Items Costed |
|---|
BMW — Daily Loss Pattern (4-Week, Aug 17–Sep 13, 2026)
BMW is the one brand with a real repeating loss pattern — 8 of its 13 sale-days went negative, netting -$52.00 across 20 units. Timberland (3 units, -$5.77) and Saint Laurent (1 unit, -$67.48) also lost money this window but don't have enough volume yet to call a pattern — see Recommended Next Actions in Strategic Growth for what to do about all three.
| Date | Units | Gross | Net | Cost | Profit |

Every Order — Itemized (Sep 7–13, 2026)
All 2,765 real orders from Whatnot's own Weekly Order Report that week, one row each — Show, Brand and Listing come from the team's packing log, everything else (Sales price, Commission, Processing Fee, Net Earnings) is Whatnot's own exact figure for that order, not a formula. For giveaway and gift-card orders, Processing Fee includes the real per-order shipping deduction Whatnot charges for shipping a $0 item (this ranges $0.38–$4.47 per order; it wasn't captured before). Real Cost is the actual per-brand invoice cost where one's on file; rows marked "flagged" have no invoice yet, not a guessed cost. Click a column to sort.
| Date ▾ | Show | Order # | Brand | Name of Listing | Sales from WhatNot | Commission | Processing Fee | Net Earnings | Cost | Profit | Username |
|---|
Small reconciling amounts for the week that don't show as individual order rows here: $38.00 in buyer tips, -$117.72 in separate shipping charges, and -$118.21 in refunds (item + shipping) — netting to Whatnot's true week total of $85,647.18, versus the $85,845.11 shown in the KPIs above which totals only the per-order "earnings" rows in this table.
Daily Profit — Whatnot (Aug 23–30, 2026 — previous week)
Every order rolled up by day. Net Earnings is already after Whatnot's commission + payment fees.
| Date | Orders | Gross Item Price | Net Earnings | Est. COGS | Est. Profit |

Profit by Category (Aug 23–30, 2026 — previous week)
Whatnot doesn't tag which physical brand/unit sold, so this splits by product category instead — each with its own real cost basis (see methodology below).

Methodology & What's Not In Here Yet
- Sunglasses & giveaway sunglasses: $32.11/unit — the real average from 6 of the ~54 NYWD invoices on file (Vendors tab) that have been broken into line items in the Item Cost Log. NYWD is the vendor whose brands (Carrera, Tom Ford, Longchamp, Marc Jacobs, etc.) match these "Designer Sunglasses / RX frames" shows; MJG Trading's clothing lots and the Ghost/Lululemon lot were excluded since there's no evidence those are what's sold here. Sampled, not exhaustive — the rest of NYWD's invoices haven't been broken into line items yet.
- Named-brand bags & Random Luxury lots: $190.35/unit — the average of the 10 real eBay-purchased bags in the Item Cost Log. Whatnot doesn't record which exact bag sold, so this is an average, not an exact per-order match.
- Giveaways cost real money: 457 sunglasses were given away this week (on top of the ~$3.67 average Whatnot processing fee each) — about $16.4K in cost with no matching revenue. That's the single biggest swing between "gross sales look great" and actual profit.
- Perfume random pulls (21 orders, $617 gross): no purchase invoice found in the inbox for this inventory — flagged as uncosted rather than guessed. Needs the real vendor/cost.
- Amazon gift card giveaways are costed at face value; a handful of one-off listings are still uncosted (too few to matter much).
- Kenneth Cole (unspecified): $11.21/unit flat rate, confirmed by Sasha, used whenever a sale record just says "Kenneth Cole" without specifying Reaction vs. New York (which otherwise have different real costs on file).
- Giselle / VG / American Classics / New Polarized / New Fashion Sunglasses: $1.03/pair — these are not real designer brands, they're generic/unbranded wholesale sunglasses lot names from the same eBay seller (makaiscom / SiteLead Inc.) that supplies the giveaway sunglasses, confirmed from 20 real "Order confirmed" receipts. Whatever label a packer typed for one of these lots now costs at this real rate instead of sitting uncosted.
- TikTok Shop: now partially included — Sep 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11 and a pending-shipments batch are documented (see the TikTok Shop table above), but this is not the full TikTok history yet, only the days logged in the Sales_Documentation sheet so far.
- Not yet included: the other ~12 weeks of Whatnot history before Aug 17 (Chrome blocks automatic multi-file downloads — needs a one-time "allow" or manual download), the remaining undocumented TikTok Shop days, and eBay's selling-side data.
Per-Seller Commission
Live estimate -- the same math staff see on the item screen in Seller Scan: 1% of an
item's red zone (floor) price, credited to whoever is entered as "Selling as" the
moment they scan or pull it up, whether or not it ends up selling. This is NOT matched
against confirmed Whatnot/eBay/TikTok sales the way the Profit tables above are.
Tracking started 2026-09-18 -- attribution wasn't captured anywhere before that, so
there's no history to backfill, only what accumulates from here forward. To refresh
this section, pull POST /api/seller-log on staff.leveluxbag.com with
{ action: 'report', passcode } and drop the results in below.

What a Real Item Photo Looks Like
Your Shopify Files library already has genuine condition photos of items you've listed, indexed by item number — a better source than a generic web search. This Gucci bag is a real example; matching every invoice line item to its Shopify photo is the natural next step.
